Olympic Rings Drawing

In honor of the Olympics we did some activities. The hardest part of drawing the rings was connecting them. Next time I would make it in line as the red was not at the same level as the black and blue.

St John First Aid Reflection

On Tuesday the 2nd, Denise from St Johns came to our school. She showed us our heartbeat and she taught us what to do if someone has hypothermia. She also taught us how to give CPR to a person if they have stopped breathing. I enjoyed the activity about hypothermia as it taught us a lot and my group was the only one that kept 'Jo' alive. I think that it is really important that Denise visits schools as she raises awareness to people about what to do in case of emergency.
